Went to Kuching with my lurvely fren, Ika. Arrived at LCCT around some time nearly 5 am that morning. Had a lousy breakfast at Asian Kitchen. The worst part was not the taste but the cleanliness of the place. Urghh..
We took the first flyte to Kuching that morning. Upon arrival, my dear friend, Tika, picked us up and drove us around town to give us the head start. The map given to us at the airport was not helping at all!! Lucky us I bought Kuching map in KL the night before.
After sending Tika back to her office, we (read Ika) drove Tika's NEW Savvy to the Cat Museum. The museum was rather interesting. The first part was on Kuching's history. There were some familiar names that reminded me of History class in school. The rest of the museum were devoted to cats. Every single thing that has cats in it like movies, songs, plays, books etc were there. They also showed the right way to hold a kitten which is different from the way you hold a cat. There were facts on cat nap, cat fight and every other thing about a cat. I read everything that were displayed unfortunately they could not change my views on cats. I tried though. Sorry cat lovers out there.. I just can't be near a living cat 
After lunch, we went to Damai Lagoon to check-in and get some rest to recover from the lack of sleep the night before. Then we walked around the resort and hang out at the beach. It was very relaxing that I forgot it was a working day 
That night, Tika and her two great friends, Alia and Fairuz brought us to Buntal for dinner. We feast ourselves with a table full of yummy fresh seafood and to our surprise it only cost us RM20 per person. You would never get that in KL. Uhuuuhuhuh..
