Apart from Tika, we have two more guides today, Alia and her boyfren Fairuz. We arrived at the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre at 10am and sadly we missed the Orang Utan feeding time But we decided to walk around anyway. Luck us we found an Orang Utan posing for a group of tourist. But we were told not to use our flash hence the blur image But we are still satisfied as we could watch the Orang Utan closely. We were not allowed to go too close though as the Orang Utan has the strength of 8 men and any surprise might send us to the hospital.

Next, we went to the Jong's Crocodile Farm. It was some sort of a mini zoo so there were a few other animals such as bear, peacock and snake as well. According to one of the staff, there were already three generation of crocodiles bred there. They looked so boring lazing around under the sun. Then we watched the crocodile feeding show. Gosh the croc could jump very high! I never know that.

We stopped by at the Wild Orchid and Pitcher Plant garden. There were not much of the orchids though. But there were all kinds of pitcher plants. I had always wonder would they close their lid if an insect passed by. Tried to put my finger but there was no reaction from the pitcher plant

Then went to the shop selling the Sarawak famous vase. The shop sold all types and sizes of vase. I am not a fan of vase sthough so I did not buy any for myself.

Upon reaching Kuching, we were so hungry so we headed to Tun Jugah to eat Laksa Sarawak and Umai. I love Umai but didn't really fancy the Laksa Sarawak. Then we went to the Waterron to get a "Penambang" ride to the side of the river to go to the Police Museum and Fort Margharita. Nothing much there but according to Fairuz they used to exhibit alot of stuff before but the Police took all its stuff back after the Museum was handed to the Government.
